Technical Sales Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will work in a technically oriented customer role and support the selection of suitable solutions for various industrial applications. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with commercial processing and continuously develop into a contact person for demanding issues.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical and commercial business cases from the initial clarification to further processing
Gather requirements from different applications and translate them into suitable solution paths
Work together with internal specialists to develop decision-making bases for more complex projects
Assess product variants and prepare customer-specific proposals
Systematically investigate and document deviations and problematic business cases
Independently process enquiries and orders via various channels
Continuously expand expertise in industrial filtration applications and share it within the team
Contribute to the further development of the offering and internal specialist topics
Qualifications:
Technical vocational qualification or practical experience in a technical industrial environment
Knowledge of HVAC, industrial maintenance, air technology or a related field
Enjoyment of technically complex products and their applications
Very good German skills; French, Italian or other languages welcome
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Independent and conscientious working style
Quick comprehension and strong customer understanding
Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for independently advancing technical topics
