Technical Application Engineer - C#/.NET (m/f/d)

Analysis and resolution of complex application and system faults from initial diagnosis to sustainable troubleshooting
Support and further development of customer-specific C#/.NET applications including code analysis, bug fixing, and technical adjustments
Management of SQL databases as well as Windows server and client systems including configuration, updates, backups, and restoration
Integration, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, peripherals, and network components in customer environments
Independent handling of customer enquiries in 1st to 3rd level support as well as conducting technical assignments on site in Switzerland
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional EFZ or comparable practical qualification
Experience in C#/.NET, WPF, and SQL Server as well as enthusiasm for connecting software, systems, and hardware
Good knowledge of Windows Server/Client, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and basic networking technology
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analyses as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
Customer-oriented personality with very good German skills and good English skills, driving licence category B, and willingness to undertake on-site assignments
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
