For a technologically versatile IT environment, an experienced individual is sought who will take responsibility for modern client platforms and actively help shape their further development. The focus is on Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Config Manager as well as the automation and standardisation of workplace processes.
The position combines engineering, support and project work. In addition to operating the client infrastructure, there is the opportunity to further develop platform topics and potentially take on additional responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Operation, administration and continuous development of a modern Windows 11 client platform with Microsoft Intune and Config Manager
Planning, packaging, testing and distribution of software solutions
Automation and standardisation of IT processes with PowerShell
Building, migrating and further developing client infrastructures
Support in 1st and 2nd level support as well as solution-oriented handling of incidents
Participation in ITIL processes and support of the business in technical questions regarding servers and databases
Qualifications:
Training as a platform developer, IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Interest in modern workplace and client technologies as well as their further development
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Config Manager and ideally PowerShell
Analytical, structured and independent working style with strong problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, flexible and service-oriented personality with very good German skills and good English skills
