Your tasks

• Lead and supervise the shipping team (approx. 7 people)
• Work night shifts (between 12:30 pm–00:30 am), Monday to Friday
• Allocation and planning of staff
• Provide improvement proposals for work processes
• Loading and unloading of vehicles and railway wagons
• Evaluate personnel and conduct recruitment, follow-up, and corrective interviews in collaboration with the logistics manager and human resources

What you bring

• Committed, structured, and flexible professional, attached to clear processes, transparent communication, and compliance with rules
• Proven experience in team leadership validated by further training
• Ability to conduct evaluation, follow-up, and corrective interviews
• Very good knowledge of French (German is an advantage)
• Proficiency in an ERP system and Office tools (SAP is an advantage)
• Forklift licence mandatory
• Stress resistant
