Team Leader Inside Sales 100%

For our client – a renowned, dynamic, and leading Swiss company in its industry – we are seeking a assertive, motivating, and sales-oriented leader. Your Main Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: You lead the dynamic inside sales and reception team, conduct regular individual and team meetings, and promote the development of your employees.
• Operational Involvement & Customer Consulting: You are not just a desk manager – you get involved yourself! You support demanding customers (by phone, in writing, and personally in the showroom) and ensure excellent service quality.
• Sales Activities & Processes: You plan and manage targeted sales and telephone campaigns in close cooperation with the sales management (CSO), ensure smooth processes, and monitor success.
• Interface Function: You work closely with adjacent departments such as sales, purchasing, marketing, and category management.
• Resource & Deployment Planning: You ensure optimal staffing of the telephone switchboard and reception/showroom.

• Education & Experience: Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as several years of experience in inside sales/customer service.
• Leadership Competence: Proven practical experience in staff management (ideally in sales/inside sales).
• German native speaker, French: business fluent (very important for independent consulting and support of customers in the French-speaking market), Italian/English an advantage.
• Hands-on Mentality & Attitude: Enjoy leading and motivating, combined with high personal responsibility, assertiveness, and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking.
• Skills: Good numerical understanding, commercial/technical flair, and strong organisational skills.
