Swiss Wine Promotion SA (SWP) is the national organisation responsible for promoting Swiss wines in Switzerland and internationally. Our goal: to increase their recognition and stimulate demand in order to strengthen value creation for the entire wine sector.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as:
Partnership Manager (80-100%)
Your mission
You are the key contact for our partners from gastronomy, retail, tourism, events, media, and other sectors.
You maintain existing partnerships, develop new relationships, and build fruitful collaborations with our partners. At the crossroads of relationship management and business development, you contribute to enhancing the visibility of Swiss wines and creating new opportunities.
Your responsibilities
Support our partners and develop their potential
- Actively manage existing partnerships and develop them in the long term
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and decision-makersIdentify new potential within existing collaborations and translate them into concrete actions
- Coordinate agreed services and ensure their proper implementation
Develop new partnerships
- Identify and actively approach new partners, mainly in Switzerland
- Develop new collaboration and business opportunities
- Prepare tailored partnership offers and concepts
- Negotiate collaboration terms, services, and counter-performances with partners
Develop priority sectors
- Particular attention is given to the following sectors:
- Gastronomy and hospitalityMass retail and specialised shops
- Wine trade
Your profile
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in developing and managing commercial partnerships
- Strong enthusiasm for networking and interpersonal relationships
- Confidence in negotiation and ability to identify common interests and business opportunities
- Autonomy, organisational skills, and a solution-oriented approach
- Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language; English is an asset
- Interest in wine, gastronomy, and local products
- Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
