Technical Sales Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Our client is an established industrial company in the field of electrical engineering solutions and components. The company develops and manufactures customised products for various industrial applications, combining technical expertise with precise manufacturing and practical advice.

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on an independent sales role in the electrical engineering environment. You will develop business opportunities, support customers with technical questions, and accompany projects from the initial idea to implementation.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential business partners and interesting projects in the market
Examine existing contacts for further application possibilities and needs
Gather technical requirements together with customers and translate them into concrete solutions
Assess sales opportunities regarding scope, benefits, and economic conditions
Prepare business discussions and coordinate commercial agreements with customers
Consistently follow up on open cases and coordinate the further process
Collaborate closely with internal specialists on more complex customer concerns
Independently manage your own market and continuously explore new opportunities
Qualifications:
Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ
Commercial further education or comparable additional qualification
Experience in technical sales in electrical engineering
Good understanding of electrical engineering products and applications
Independent organisation and consistent working style
Confident appearance in discussions as well as good negotiation skills
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
Willingness to independently manage a defined sales territory
