• You lead and develop your team of 7 people with passion.
• In collaboration with your team, you verify and clarify benefit obligations on medical, legal, and contractual levels.
• You ensure coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialised departments.
• You organise the development of our work tools and processes with a long-term vision and clear quality and profitability requirements.
• You engage in interdisciplinary projects with initiative and commitment.

What characterises you

• a completed (para)medical training or a basic commercial education with several years of professional experience in the field of health or social insurance benefits
• in-depth knowledge of medical terminology is a prerequisite
• solid experience in team management
• a personality with excellent communication skills, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and great reliability
• perfect command of French, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of German. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage.
