Tasks

• Maintenance and management of personnel and payroll data as well as processing all payroll-relevant changes.
• Handling of entries and exits, absences, and insurance cases in the area of social insurance.
• Responsibility for withholding tax administration as well as communication with authorities and insurance carriers.
• Support in monthly payroll processing and periodic closing tasks.
• Contact person for employees regarding questions about payroll, social insurance, and personnel matters.
• Deputising for payroll team colleagues during absences.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Further training in payroll and social insurance.
• Professional experience in payroll administration.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HR or payroll systems is an advantage.
• Very good German language skills as well as strong communication and service orientation.
• Structured, precise, and independent working style combined with a high sense of responsibility.
