Senior HR Business Partner (German)

Your tasks

• Provide comprehensive support and advice to management and executives of our companies in French-speaking Switzerland throughout the HR lifecycle.
• Handle strategic and operational HR topics, from recruitment to talent and succession management, including complex personnel and management issues.
• Support and implement transformations, organisational developments as well as integrations and acquisitions.
• Support and coach executives on labour law issues, conflict situations, separations, and occupational health management.
• Recruit specialists and executives, and contribute to filling key positions.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects between different units and sites, and actively participate in group-wide HR initiatives.
• Develop HR action plans for the companies you are responsible for.

Your profile

• Higher education with a specialisation in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding and dynamic corporate environment.
• Proven experience advising management and executives on strategic and operational HR topics.
• Practical experience in change management, organisational development, as well as talent and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and great ease in managing complex HR situations.
• Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written.
