IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

You recommend suitable titles, ensure an appealing product presentation, and accompany the entire sales process. - As a system administrator, you are the first point of contact for internal customers regarding user questions and IT problems. You take care of their concerns and ensure a quick solution
- Your tasks include installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT workstations and cash register systems, both hardware and software. You ensure that all systems run efficiently and reliably
- In case of system and application-related faults, you handle these via email and telephone within the scope of first- and second-level support. You identify and resolve problems to ensure smooth operation
- You actively participate in IT infrastructure projects and take on leadership of sub-projects to implement new solutions and optimise existing systems
- Additionally, you are prepared to perform on-call duties and work outside regular hours and at weekends to ensure IT service availability
Qualifications:
- You have a completed IT education and bring 2 - 4 years of professional experience in IT. Your knowledge is up to date, and you are ready to continuously expand your skills
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft client and server products as well as solid expertise in managing networks and firewall distributions
- You are a team player who works in a structured and customer-oriented manner. Your communication skills enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- A category B driving licence is also required for this position
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills to work in an international environment
