What awaits you

• Care and supervision of buildings, technical systems and outdoor facilities
• Contact person for customers, users and external service providers
• Coordination and support of suppliers, craftsmen and technicians
• Execution and organisation of maintenance and repair work
• Support with relocations, conversions and renovation projects
• Inspection of infrastructure and ensuring impeccable building condition
• Monitoring and documentation of services
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

What you bring

• Completed craft or technical basic training
• Technical understanding and interest in building technology
• Driving licence category B
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
