Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is a successful Swiss mechanical engineering company with an international focus. The company impresses with technically sophisticated systems, high quality standards and a strong customer orientation. Responsibilities:
Organisation and coordination of national and international transports
Creation and processing of export, shipping and customs documents
Handling electronic customs declarations in compliance with applicable regulations
Verification of goods origin and preferences including corresponding calculations
Support of customers, freight forwarders, customs authorities and international business partners
Preparation of offers and order confirmations for the service department
Maintenance of master data as well as process and work documentation
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and export requirements
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in export or foreign trade
Professional experience in export, freight forwarding or international logistics
Good knowledge of customs and export processing
Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility and team spirit
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
