Machines, equipment, workshop – your domain. You have an overview of everything that drives, moves, lifts and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the construction site. For this responsible role, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (m/f) for our client in the Canton of Lucerne. You bring organisational talent, technical understanding and enjoyment of responsibility.

Your impact

• Managing the workshop
• Planning and coordinating service and repair work on vehicles
• Checking orders and verifying invoices
• Supporting investment planning

Your profile

• Completed basic mechanical training (e.g. construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or truck mechanic)
• Very good German skills and high IT affinity
• Ideally some initial professional experience in a leadership position
• Conscientiousness, strong communication skills and flexibility characterise you
