Your Tasks
- Strategic further development of the entire event portfolio as well as conception of high-quality event and experience concepts, especially for Wealth Management and very affluent target groups
- Planning and implementation of selected key events along the entire customer journey - from invitation, content and staging to pre- and post-communication as well as sales activation
- Development of the communicative guiding star and the content dramaturgy for central formats as well as clear and tangible communication of complex topics
- Consulting internal clients and managers in defining goals, target groups, messages, formats and success criteria
- Linking image and sales goals through appropriate activation and follow-up mechanisms as well as measuring event impact based on relevant KPIs
- Management of annual planning and event budgets considering quality, effort and impact
- Leading agencies, locations and service providers as well as targeted expansion of the network
- Close collaboration with the Communication & Events consultants, the Communication and Marketing team and other internal departments
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in event strategy, conception of high-quality customer experiences, event management or communication as well as a convincing portfolio of demanding formats
- Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or ultra-high-net-worth environment or solid practice with a comparably demanding, affluent clientele
- Strong understanding of the expectations of affluent clients as well as relevant, personal and high-quality experiences
- Proven ability for strategic conception and independent implementation up to successful event
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as confident distinction and translation of image, relationship and sales goals into concrete event mechanisms
- Strong sense for design, content, dramaturgy, brand and communication as well as clear and activating communication of complex topics
- Confidence in managing budgets, projects and demanding stakeholders as well as a reliable, structured and quality-oriented working style
- Good network in Central Switzerland and/or Zurich is an advantage
- Language skills: fluent German and English
