As a clerk in fiduciary services, you take on an important role advocating for fair working conditions and a socially responsible Switzerland. You manage your tasks independently and promote dynamic and successful collaboration. In this role, you can apply your skills and experience to make a difference. You are a professional with experience seeking a new opportunity to contribute your abilities.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for the financial and accounts payable accounting of subsidiaries
- In this role, you prepare interim financial statements and prepare annual financial statements for audit
- As a clerk in fiduciary services, you monitor liquidity and prepare reports on the performance of asset investments
- You manage payroll administration and payroll accounting for clients
- In this role, you handle the declaration of direct taxes
- As part of the fiduciary team, you work on exciting projects within the fiduciary department
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or equivalent basic education with further training at the level of accounting or fiduciary clerk
- You bring several years of professional experience in the fiduciary industry or a comparable function
- You have good knowledge of Abacus, which is an advantage
- You are a networked thinker with high social competence and a strong service orientation
- You work independently, in a structured and careful manner
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
