Job Description
Capable of combining operational excellence, a sense of hospitality and leadership. A true ambassador of the establishment, you ensure an active presence on the ground, in contact with customers, while managing and uniting your team on a daily basis. You take charge of organising and managing the service, staff scheduling, cost monitoring, administrative tasks as well as event coordination. Your role is essential to guarantee the quality of services, customer satisfaction and the overall performance of the outlet.
Profile Sought
You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally as a head waiter or manager of a catering establishment. Comfortable both operationally and in management, you master the challenges of administrative management, planning and cost control. Your natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions allow you to manage a team with rigour and kindness. You are available to work at lunchtimes, evenings and weekends. You are fluent in French and English and have a good knowledge of the professional network in Lausanne and Vaud, a real asset for developing the establishment’s relationships and opportunities.
