Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Systems Engineer? In this role, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of digital signage solutions and AV projects. You are responsible for the technical execution of projects and work closely with the team to realise innovative solutions. You bring your experience and expertise to successfully implement the projects. You are an important part of a large team and contribute to exciting projects being realised throughout Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
You design and manage modern IT landscapes with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud services.
You analyse technical challenges and develop suitable solutions for different customer requirements.
You optimise network connections, VPN access, and firewall configurations for secure system operation.
You coordinate infrastructure projects and accompany customers as well as external partners from planning to successful implementation.
You create clear system documentation and ensure a smooth handover to the operations organisation.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or have equivalent professional experience in IT engineering.
You have solid knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
You understand network technologies such as VLAN, routing, and VPN as well as basic security concepts.
You convince through independent work, organisational talent, and enjoyment of direct customer support.
You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to undertake technical assignments on site.
