Waiter/Waitress - Eclépens Communal Inn Roger Vuffray

Join the team at the Eclépens Communal Inn, where our speciality is "the love of our craft".

A place where you feel at home, where we offer a varied menu and seasonal cuisine whose flavours the Chef will have you discover.

Our establishment has a dining room that can accommodate up to 50 people as well as two rooms for your banquets that can hold up to 180 people. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, offering you a balance between professional and personal life.

We are looking for a waiter/waitress to support us for the Hunting season from mid-September to mid-December (3 months).

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and accompany them to their table.
• Take orders and advise customers on dishes and drinks.
• Ensure professional and attentive service throughout the meal.
• Prepare and maintain service areas before, during and after service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
• Manage payments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or inn.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Good presentation and professional attitude.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Availability to work split shifts, except Sundays and Mondays.
