We are looking for our client, a :
Real Estate Accounting Manager
Responsibilities :
- Organise annual closings
- Prepare buyer-seller statements
- Maintain accounting for buildings owned by various private owners
- Prepare budgets, monitoring and comparison
- Manage debtors and litigation
- Manage suppliers and creditors
- Taxation (tax returns - VAT statements)
- Manage various projects
- Manage two assistant accountantss
Profile :
- 35 to 45 years old
- Federal accounting certificate or equivalent (= an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate accounting
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools as well as Quorum
- Structured, organised and trustworthy person
