ERP Consultant Abacus (m/f/d)
Role:
ERP projects today combine business processes, technology, and strategic corporate development. We are looking for an analytically strong personality who understands business processes, develops digital solutions, and supports companies in further developing their Abacus landscape.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and optimise existing business processes in close collaboration with specialist departments
Design and implementation of Abacus solutions according to individual customer requirements
Consulting on the digitalisation and automation of finance, HR, and administrative processes
Support for ERP implementations, further developments, and release projects
Recording, structuring, and translating business requirements into technical solution concepts
Configuration and parameterisation of Abacus modules
Support with interfaces, data flows, and integrations with other systems
Conducting workshops and training sessions for key users and specialist users
Analysis of error patterns and development of sustainable solution approaches
Participation in innovative topics such as process automation, workflow management, and digital document management
Qualifications:
Education or degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification
Experience in consulting, support, or implementation of ERP systems
Good knowledge of Abacus or comparable business software solutions
Strong understanding of business processes
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Ability to structure complex requirements clearly
Enjoyment of customer contact, project work, and digital transformation processes
Independent working style and high quality awareness
