Inheritance Advisor Neuchâtel (m/f)
Vanja, Krenare, Martina and the inheritance advisory team are continuing to grow - and this is where you come in.
Together, we are purposefully developing our inheritance advisory business in Neuchâtel and French-speaking Switzerland and support our clients in important life and pension matters.
Your mission
- Advise our clients in the areas of matrimonial property regimes, inheritance law, adult protection as well as related legal fields
- Independently draft wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, cohabitation agreements and mandates for incapacity
- Maintain cooperation with notaries and other external specialists
- Work closely with our financial planning specialists
- Contribute to the development of our service offerings
Your contribution
- Lawyer with a master’s degree, admitted to the bar or notary
- Experience in advising on matrimonial property regimes and inheritance law, estate planning as well as in the settlement of inheritance divisions and execution of wills, ideally with a financial services provider
- Strong knowledge of pension schemes and inheritance law as well as inheritance and gift tax law
- Strong client orientation with excellent negotiation and advisory skills
- Willingness to travel to the sites in Biel, Fribourg and Delémont
- Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German
