Your role

Your tasks:

• Define and manage the company’s training and skills development strategy by structuring the training organisation (roles, teaching skills, responsibilities).

• Ensure the management, updating, reliability and traceability of skills and training-related data in dedicated systems (e.g. qualifications, authorisations, certifications, completed training).

• Ensure the compliance of training and assessments with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (e.g. OFT regulations).

• Develop, prioritise, implement and monitor the company’s training plan by coordinating the necessary resources (e.g. budget, internal trainers, external providers, training infrastructure and tools).

• Manage training and skills development projects arising from the company’s strategic directions (e.g. creation of training pathways, digitalisation of training, induction plan).

• Define, monitor and analyse performance indicators related to training and skills development, set annual objectives and propose necessary improvement measures.

• Manage initial vocational training and coordinate the supervision and follow-up of apprentices with the relevant parties.

• Lead employees directly attached to training.

The profile we are looking for

• You hold a commercial employee CFC and the Federal Certificate of Adult Trainer.

• You have proven experience in managing corporate training and experience in skills management and organising a quality system. You have several years of experience in an environment subject to regulatory or certification requirements.

• You have a B1 level in German.

• You are a unifier with interpersonal ease and excellent oral and written communication skills. You are able to support change and evolve practices.
