Your mission:

You are the first point of contact for our patients and play an essential role in their reception.

• Manage telephone calls and respond to patients' requests
• Welcome patients in person with professionalism, empathy and discretion
• Organise and manage appointments
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files
• Manage emails and correspondence
• Manage the cash register
• Carry out various administrative and filing tasks
• Ensure respect for confidentiality and patient data

Your profile:

You are a person who enjoys contact with patients and teamwork.

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Organised, efficient, with a good ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Pleasant, friendly, helpful, patient and calm personality
• Confirmed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and manage pressure
• Welcoming, smiling and naturally attentive
• Organised, rigorous and reliable
• Comfortable with oral and written communication
• Able to work independently while appreciating teamwork
• Discreet and respectful of confidentiality
• Comfortable with IT tools
