Software Architect (m/f/d)

- The core of your work is the ongoing evolution of essential frameworks for software development, based on Jakarta EE, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Together with your dedicated team, you not only design the architecture and design concepts for technical and functional software components but also act as a guide and mentor.
- Your influence extends beyond the comfort zone as you inspire teams to explore and successfully implement new and innovative solutions.
- In the role of coach, you contribute not only expertise but also develop and motivate the various teams.
- Your goal is to elevate the development teams to a higher level. You achieve this through training on key topics such as design patterns, development principles, and modern engineering.
- Your approach is pioneering and supports the teams in expanding their skills and effectively operating at the forefront of software development.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- More importantly, your professional experience should include at least 4 - 6 years in a similar position, ideally as a software architect or senior Java developer.
- You possess extensive knowledge of Jakarta EE/Java EE as well as modern engineering practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and agile architectures.
- Docker and Kubernetes/Rancher are not unfamiliar terms to you but part of your solid knowledge base.
- You are characterised by the ability to analyse complex issues. Your approach is systematic and your thinking conceptually oriented.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
