BUILDING & INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and optimisation of the site's technical installations.

Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field or equivalent training
A Federal VET Diploma as a sanitary installer is an advantage
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of common IT tools
Knowledge of CMMS and BMS: an advantage
Forklift and aerial work platform licences
Good physical condition
Autonomy, responsiveness, and a sense of responsibility Maintain and inspect HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructures
Perform machine connections: industrial water, pneumatics, and ventilation
Participate in relocations and installation of production machines
Intervene in case of critical breakdowns
Monitor and carry out building-related projects
Contribute to the optimisation of equipment and technical installations
