Movodis was born from the desire to bring together the expertise and know-how of transport companies in the region in order to meet current and future mobility challenges.

In a major transformation context, we are looking for an Integration & Projects Manager to support the integration of LEB within the organisation and to support the success of high-impact strategic projects.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & PMO Staff, you play a central role in change management, stakeholder coordination and structuring project management practices within the company.

Your responsibilities

• Manage integration and associated projects: coordinate the transfer of activities as part of the integration of the entities concerned and ensure the monitoring of resulting projects.
• Lead strategic projects: manage cross-functional initiatives contributing to the transformation and development of movodis SA, from their framing to their implementation.
• Support project managers: assist project managers in carrying out their tasks, promote coordination among stakeholders and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
• Structure project management: define, implement and develop methods, processes and tools to harmonise practices and ensure effective project monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of the PMO: actively participate in the establishment and development of the new PMO service and in embedding a common project management culture within the organisation.

Your profile

• Higher education (HES, University or equivalent) in management, engineering, project management or a similar field;
• A project management certification (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an asset. Knowledge of public transport or mobility is also an advantage;
• Solid experience in managing strategic and cross-functional projects, ideally in a transformation or integration context;
• Mastery of project management methods, tools and practices as well as processes to ensure structured and effective monitoring of actions;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and priority management skills;
• Natural leadership, autonomy and ability to mobilise stakeholders with varied interests around a common goal;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a real ability to create connections and foster constructive collaboration;
• Comfort in transforming environments and ability to combine a global vision with operational grounding;
• Curiosity, initiative and proactivity.
