Civil Engineer: Deep Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
As Rocken partners, we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer: Deep Construction for our client, who independently plans, manages and successfully implements construction projects. You coordinate internal teams, external partners and clients and ensure that projects are realised efficiently, on time and with high quality.
Responsibilities:
You lead deep construction projects from planning to completion
You coordinate internal departments, external planners and contractors
You ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements
You prepare project plans, reports and decision documents
You monitor implementation on construction sites and conduct technical clarifications
You identify risks early and initiate appropriate measures
You support the optimisation of processes and standards in deep construction
Qualifications:
You have a technical or construction-related education, ideally as a civil engineer or with further training in deep construction/site management
You have experience in construction and project management of deep construction projects
You work in a structured, solution-oriented and responsible manner
You communicate clearly with clients, partners and internal teams
You possess organisational talent, assertiveness and quality awareness
You are familiar with relevant standards, guidelines and procedures in deep construction
