Microsoft 365 Solution Engineer 80-100% (m/f/d)

Further development and operation of Microsoft 365 services with a focus on Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Viva Engage.
Handling complex support cases in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as participation in incident, problem and change management according to ITIL.
Analysis of professional needs and development of suitable solution concepts and decision bases for different stakeholders.
Conducting consultations, workshops and training for departments and schools, especially on storage structures, metadata and permissions.
Responsibility for technical sub-projects, coordination of external service providers as well as co-design of change processes, service catalogs, operating models and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at HF, FH or Bachelor level or a comparable qualification as well as at least five years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, especially in site design, libraries, metadata and permissions; experience with data migrations is required.
Good knowledge of Entra ID, group and permission management, M365 governance and compliance as well as certifications in the Microsoft 365 environment and ITIL 4 Foundation.
Proven experience in consulting, workshop moderation as well as change and stakeholder management; knowledge of the public sector, education sector, automation or M365 Copilot is an advantage.
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2), strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured and service-oriented working style.
Workplace and residence: The position is not remote and requires on-site work. Residence in Switzerland, willingness to relocate to Switzerland or work as a cross-border commuter is required.
