About the job
Future-proof business processes, sustainable digitalisation and the architecture of intelligent enterprise software landscapes are your professional DNA? For a leading, multiple award-winning Swiss developer of integrated enterprise solutions, we are seeking consultancy-strong Senior ERP Project Managers (m/f/d) as part of ongoing expansion.
You do not see ERP implementations as mere software rollouts, but as sustainable value creation and digital transformation. As a strategic and operational sparring partner, you accompany Swiss SMEs as well as large companies through the entire lifecycle of complex digitalisation projects. You translate complex business requirements precisely into a state-of-the-art, modular software architecture, manage projects with a clear methodological focus and combine deep process understanding with technological future orientation.
- Holistic project management: Responsibility for managing ERP implementation and extension projects from requirements definition through scheduling, budgeting and resource planning to successful go-live.
- Implementation & customising: Professional advice on system configuration, support for data migrations, interface definitions and system tests.
- Change management & training: Designing and conducting customer workshops, key user training and active support during the introduction phase.
- Customer retention & development: Maintaining long-term customer relationships at C-level and specialist department level as well as contributing market feedback to internal product management.
- Several years of proven success in independently managing complex ERP implementation projects (ideally on the vendor or consultancy side).
- Skills & personality: Strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, high consulting competence and assertiveness.
- Languages: Fluent German in spoken and written form (project language) as well as good English skills.
- Culture & development: A corporate culture characterised by appreciation, flat hierarchies, a structured onboarding process and excellent personal development opportunities.
- Modern working conditions: Attractive employment package, flexible working hours, modern infrastructure as well as contemporary home office and hybrid working models.
Would you like to actively shape the digital transformation of Swiss companies?
We would be pleased to present this first-class mandate and the company to you in a confidential initial interview. Please submit your complete application dossier for this purpose:
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Cover letter (including start date/notice period and salary expectations)
- Relevant references as well as diplomas/certificates
We treat your documents with absolute discretion.
