Responsibilities:
- You manage accounting for companies and prepare annual financial statements.
- You analyse financial data to assess a company’s financial health.
- You prepare financial reports for management, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- You advise on minimising tax burdens through legal tax strategies.
- You prepare and file tax returns for companies and private individuals.
- You support tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities.
- You advise on the establishment of new companies and the choice of the optimal legal form.
- You assist with mergers and acquisitions.
- You develop financial plans and budgets to support corporate strategy.
- You manage assets on behalf of clients.
- You advise and assist with estate planning and inheritance management.
- You manage and advise foundations and other non-profit organisations.
- You support the drafting and review of contracts.
- You advise on corporate law matters, such as company formation or restructuring.
- You advise on employment law issues and support compliance with legal requirements.
- You conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- You develop and implement risk management strategies to minimise financial and operational risks.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a certified fiduciary expert.
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You have very good MS Office and Excel skills.
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form.
