HRBP (6-12 month assignment) M/F

For an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for an HRBP for a 6 to 9 month assignment.

HRBP (6-12 month assignment) M/F

Your responsibilities:

HR Management & Consulting: HR management of dedicated departments, advising managers (organisation, performance, conflicts) and following up on employee requests

Autonomous Recruitment: Full responsibility from need to hire for various profiles (operational, technical, engineers)

Absences & Mobility: Monitoring of incapacity rates, management of complex cases, promotion of internal mobility and career changes

Reporting: Updating HR dashboards.

Profile sought

Education & Experience: University degree + HR specialisation, with proven experience in a similar role in a company of comparable size.

Professional Expertise: Labour law and social insurance (public law = advantage).

Tools: MS Office (presentations, organisational charts); SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Key skills: Autonomy, rigour, solution orientation, interpersonal and writing skills (perfect French, good level of English).
