A varied IT position offers the opportunity to technically support and specifically further develop a modern Microsoft Workplace environment. We are looking for a solution-oriented personality with an interest in client engineering, software deployment and automation.
In addition to operational business, the role includes participation in IT projects, optimisation of existing processes and user support. Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for central platform topics are particularly required.
Responsibilities:
Administration and optimisation of the Windows 11 workplace environment including Intune and Config Manager
Creation, testing and deployment of software packages as well as ensuring stable software operation
Development of PowerShell automations to increase efficiency and standardisation
Implementation of client migrations and technical further development of the workplace infrastructure
Handling support requests at 1st and 2nd level and collaboration with various IT departments
Participation in incident, change, release, problem, configuration and capacity management
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, for example as an IT specialist EFZ or platform developer
Solid knowledge in the Microsoft client environment and interest in current workplace technologies
Knowledge of Intune, Config Manager and PowerShell is an advantage
Networked and analytical thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
High service orientation, clear communication and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
Very good German skills and good English skills as well as ideally first experience in a leadership role
