Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsibility for the planning and implementation of demanding HVAC projects with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency in laboratory, industrial, and commercial buildings
Ensuring professional schedule, cost, and quality control throughout all project phases
Development of future-oriented technical overall concepts in the field of building services engineering
Leading interdisciplinary project teams and promoting a cooperative, quality- and innovation-oriented working style
Assuming professional responsibility in the further development and support of the team
Use of modern digital planning methods and tools to optimise and increase the efficiency of planning and project processes
Competent support and advice to clients in the planning and realisation of innovative and sustainable building services concepts
Active participation in acquisition activities in the senior role

Your Profile

Completed training as an engineer or technician in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, or an equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in planning, managing, and coordinating complex HVAC projects
Enthusiasm for sustainable, innovative solutions and the desire to actively contribute to the energy transition
Confident demeanour as well as strong communication and advisory skills in dealing with clients, authorities, and project partners
Enjoyment in sharing your expertise and supporting employees both professionally and personally
Team-oriented personality with a solution-focused mindset, initiative, and sense of responsibility
