Your task
In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks in the field of finance and accounting. This includes, in particular, the independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as the recording and posting of bank and general ledger documents. You competently handle customer enquiries - both by phone and in writing - and prepare internal invoices. In addition, you are responsible for dunning and debt collection, thereby contributing to smooth receivables management. You support the Head of Finance and Accounting in professional and administrative matters and assist with the processing and reconciliation of cash flow control.
Your personality
You have a commercial basic education and have completed further training in finance and accounting as well as at least five years of experience in this field. You are proficient in Excel and have experience with a common ERP system. For this role, an independent, team-oriented and service-conscious personality is sought. Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are required; additional languages are an advantage.
