You want to not only accompany projects but actively shape them and take responsibility?

As a Project Manager Heating/Cooling, you take on a central role in construction project management in the implementation of demanding projects throughout Switzerland. You work closely with customers, internal specialist departments and external partners and contribute significantly to realising economical, sustainable and future-oriented solutions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality who brings in their technical know-how, takes responsibility and sets new standards with us. Among other things, you will work for well-known major customers and actively shape the further development of modern building and operating concepts.

What awaits you

• You actively design and drive heating/cooling projects throughout Switzerland
• You take overall responsibility and manage the optimal deployment of personnel, resources and finances in projects, comprehensively from a portfolio perspective
• You lead project teams with clarity, develop people further and bring all parties involved onto a path to success
• You build projects from the ground up, win contracts and are responsible for offer and contract management
• You conduct negotiations on an equal footing and make well-founded awarding decisions
• You consistently keep projects on track and ensure schedule, cost and quality targets at all times
• You shape HVAC projects technically, analyse complex interrelationships, prepare feasibility studies and develop sustainable solutions
• You inspire customers with holistic advice and develop forward-looking concepts for projects and programmes in the heating sector

What you bring

• Completed training in heating/cooling or a comparable technical basic education
• Technical training at higher vocational education level (e.g. technician HF) or university level (e.g. engineer FH) or willingness to complete the training(s)
• Several years of experience in a comparable position in the HVAC field
• Strong leadership skills as well as negotiation skills and healthy assertiveness
• Structured, responsible and independent working style
• High customer and service orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
