IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable IT infrastructure operations for customers
Analysing and resolving issues on-site and via remote support
Installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft-based server and client environments
Creating and maintaining IT documentation and network checklists
Supporting and advising customers on hardware and network planning (servers, clients, peripherals, network components)
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship (system technology) or comparable training with professional experience
Experience in installing and supporting Microsoft client/server environments in an SME setting
Knowledge of cloud services such as Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
Experience in network technology
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style with a strong customer focus
Driving licence category B and excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
