You are enthusiastic about modern IT infrastructures and want to actively help shape how future-proof solutions are created. In this role, you are responsible for the customers’ IT infrastructure as well as the internal environment and ensure that systems run stably, securely and efficiently. You apply your expertise in infrastructure and cloud to further develop and operate existing environments optimally. In doing so, you actively contribute to technical decisions and help shape the path towards modern, cloud-based architectures.
Responsibilities:
You support customers in 2nd and 3rd level support and optimise network and security infrastructures
You plan and implement infrastructure projects and independently develop solutions further
Your tasks include Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and Defender
With PowerShell and Power Automate you automate processes and implement security hardening
You document solutions thoroughly and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
You have a higher vocational or university-level IT education or comparable practical experience
Confident handling of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and virtualisation
Knowledge of network, security, backup and cloud as well as ideally Fortinet/FortiGate
You master German fluently in writing and speaking
