What the daily professional routine looks like

• Assuming responsibility for planning, organisational and leadership tasks
• Responsibility for achieving performance targets on the ward with around 36 beds
• Responsibility for ensuring nursing quality as well as implementing and guaranteeing the sustainability of Lean Hospital
• Member of the ward management committee in the sense of Shared Governance
• Participation in direct nursing within a dynamic team consisting of a total of 35 employees

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a qualified nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: several years of leadership experience in an acute care setting, ideally a management training in healthcare
• Very welcome: team player qualities and enthusiasm for leadership tasks
• Also: communicative organisational talent
• Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
• Interest in business administration
