Your mission and responsibilities
- Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the order and cleanliness of the charged buildings as well as their surroundings and annexes
- Take charge of the maintenance and technical upkeep service of buildings and car parks located in various districts of the City of Geneva.
- Participate as a concierge in implementing the general policy of the service to promote a good quality of life in residential buildings.
Your profile
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent, cleaning agent, or have equivalent training.
- Have the necessary knowledge to manage the cleaning of buildings and surroundings, as well as the maintenance and technical upkeep of buildings.
- Be capable of working independently.
- Appreciate human contact, be attentive to tenants with a social approach, and demonstrate availability and helpfulness.
