Our client is an established Swiss institution in the social sector. Together we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an accountant 50–70 %. The modern organisation combines a varied field of activity with a familial and appreciative atmosphere as well as a strong regional anchoring. Reliability, diligence and professional collaboration are at the centre. The workplace in Bern is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You independently manage the general and subsidiary ledgers and are responsible for debtor management including dunning
• You independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and apply your expertise specifically in the closing tasks
• You post all incoming and outgoing payments, regularly reconcile accounts and independently clarify and resolve any discrepancies
• In addition, you prepare domestic VAT returns and ensure correct and timely declaration

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial education with a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• You already bring at least two years of professional experience in finance and accounting and confidently apply your expertise in practice
• You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written; additional French and English skills are an advantage
• Your working style is characterised by structure, reliability and diligence; you also appreciate teamwork
