IT Security Analyst (m/f/d)

You monitor and operate telecommunications, IT and OT systems in the NOC & SOC
You record, classify and prioritise incidents and events in incident management
You monitor and handle security incidents in the SOC
You analyse and resolve complex IT, network and security faults
You create reports and analyses, monitor SLAs and coordinate ticket dispatching
Qualifications:
You have experience in operating IT and/or telecommunications systems
You have good knowledge of IT/OT security as well as network technology
You work independently, customer- and service-oriented and are a team player
You hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certification
Very good in German and English. French or Italian is an advantage
