YOUR TASKS

• Ordering meals using the electronic ordering system OrgaCard as well as according to medical guidelines including serving meals on the care ward
• Patient escort service on admission and discharge
• Presentation of patient rooms and the infrastructure of the Hirslanden Clinic as well as attending to visitors
• Responsible for cleanliness and order in the patient room and own area in accordance with Hirslanden quality standards including flower care and laundry supply
• Ensuring the well-being of our demanding patients in close cooperation with nursing, kitchen, reception and housekeeping

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in the hotel or catering industry
• Good communication skills and high social competence
• Reliability and ability to work independently
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
