Hirslanden Bern AG includes the Beau-Site Clinic, Salem Hospital and Permanence Clinic with a total of around 350 beds. At all three locations, we offer apprenticeships as Health Specialist EFZ starting on 1 August 2027.
The Hirslanden Group offers you a diverse and attractive training. You will work in an experienced team, gain insights into different areas and be supported throughout the entire learning process by a vocational trainer. You also have the opportunity to complete an external internship in a psychiatric clinic.

YOUR TASKS
- You perform medical-technical procedures, such as blood sampling or blood pressure measurements
- You care for and support patients in various stages of life
- You assist patients in their daily lives
- You take on administrative and logistical tasks
- You carry out domestic duties
- You work closely as part of a team
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed compulsory schooling (secondary school or very good general certificate)
- You are interested in healthcare
- You enjoy working with people
- You have very good German language skills
- You like working in a team
- You have good comprehension and organisational skills
