A reliable IT infrastructure forms the basis for efficient internal processes. In this role, you take on a versatile position between operations, support, security and development, and have the opportunity to actively participate in building a modern IT organisation.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable and efficient operation of central IT services and infrastructure components.
Administration and lifecycle management of Windows servers, directory services and basic network services.
Handling complex incidents as well as supporting 2nd and 3rd level support.
Further development of security, monitoring, backup and recovery concepts and support with compliance requirements.
Evaluation and introduction of new applications and technical services to digitalise internal processes.
Participation in designing standards, architectures and operating models for a growing IT organisation.
Building and maintaining professional technical documentation as well as automating recurring operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science/system technology or a comparable qualification.
Experience as a system engineer, infrastructure engineer or IT operations specialist.
Confident handling of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem; experience with M365, Entra ID and Exchange is an advantage.
Knowledge in virtualisation, networking, cyber security, backup and system monitoring.
Affinity for automation and scripting, for example with PowerShell.
Customer- and service-oriented personality with initiative, structured approach and very good German and English skills.
