Internal Sales & Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company specialising in packaging technologies. Responsibilities:
Responsibility for complete order processing from order to delivery
Processing and maintenance of order, customer and master data in the ERP system
Monitoring delivery dates, order status and transports
Creation and processing of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
Preparation and processing of export documents for international shipments
Structured management and archiving of documents in the document management system
Creation of order and delivery overviews as well as evaluations with Excel
Coordination with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments regarding queries and discrepancies
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in order processing, logistics or export
Good user knowledge of an ERP system, ideally in order processing and master data maintenance
Confident use of Excel for tracking, planning and reporting
Experience in export processing and document management is an advantage
Structured, precise and reliable working style
Strong communication skills in contact with customers and freight forwarders
