How you create added value

You work in an environment that demands more than just ticket processing. Your customers are companies with real requirements - from SMEs to banks. You are technically and operationally responsible for their environments.

What to expect specifically:

• You actively operate and develop Windows Server, M365 and Azure environments for customers - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID.
• You fully manage endpoints: Autopilot, app deployment, compliance policies, conditional access.
• You participate in IT outsourcing projects - migrations, transitions, commissioning.
• You solve complex problems in 2nd and 3rd level support and keep runbooks and documentation up to date.
• You communicate directly with customers and regularly attend workshops and team events in Zurich.

What sets you apart

You know Microsoft environments not from training materials but from operational experience. You know what can go wrong in a hybrid M365 environment - and how to fix it.

What you bring:

• Solid practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams including Teams Voice, SharePoint, Intune).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID - conditional access, group policies, hybrid scenarios.
• Experience with endpoint management via Intune: Autopilot, app deployment, configuration and compliance policies.
• Basic knowledge of Azure (IaaS/PaaS) and hybrid infrastructure concepts.
• PowerShell skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Professional customer communication in German and English.
