Building Automation Technician 80 - 100%

Your main tasks
- Responsible for the professional and structured maintenance of our MSR and building automation systems (SAIA)
- Assisting with repair work on patient call systems, access systems, fire alarm systems, emergency power systems, building automation systems, low-voltage systems, clock, TV and multimedia systems as well as temperature monitoring
- Carrying out maintenance work and troubleshooting in daily operations including reporting in the FM tool
- Application of Ethernet in building automation and working with PLC controls (SAIA DDC)
- Supporting the other HVACSE workshops in regulation optimisation during system operation
- You take on the on-call service in the control technology workshop, approximately every 5-8 weeks after an appropriate familiarisation period
- Support in planning and commissioning of buildings and systems
- Assistance and support in the area of hospital technical systems
Your profile
- Completed training as a building automation technician or electrician EFZ with several years of professional experience in building automation, low-voltage and/or hospital technical systems
- Further training in PLC controls is an advantage
- Experience in system maintenance
- Good IT skills (MS Office, maintenance software) as well as strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, independent as well as goal- and customer-oriented working style
- Resilient team player with high social competence and impeccable oral and written German skills
