Order Coordination Clerk with French 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as an Order Coordination Clerk (80-100%) at the Winterthur location. You take on a key role between customers, sales, purchasing and production. With your organisational talent and communication skills, you ensure that ideas become tangible results.

• You coordinate the flow of information between all parties involved - from the customer via the field service to production

• You prepare quotations, calculations and handle orders technically as well as administratively. You always keep deadlines under control

• You are the first point of contact for enquiries, orders or complaints - by phone as well as by email

• With your precise work, you ensure that customer orders are implemented efficiently and reliably

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a commercial or technical education, ideally related to the printing industry

• You are proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus

• You work reliably, independently and always solution-oriented

• Excellent French skills in spoken and written form (must)

• You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to the exchange and further development of processes
