What is my role?

Technology. Processes. Production. You bring it all together.

As a Technical Work Preparation Clerk, you are the central interface between technology, production, purchasing and project management. You ensure that orders are implemented efficiently, on time and economically - and actively contribute your experience to the optimisation of processes.

• Timely provision of technical order and production documentation

• Analysis and optimisation of manufacturing processes

• Assessment of make-or-buy decisions

• Maintenance and management of master data in SAP R/3

• Coordination of purchasing and manufacturing data as well as communication with suppliers and service providers

• Preparation of calculations and quotations as well as technical clarifications

• Participation in projects for process and system optimisation

• Billing of additional work as well as order completion and reporting

• Ensuring complete and compliant documentation and archiving

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training EFZ, ideally in a metalworking environment

• Further training as a process specialist or technician TS/HF

• Experience in industrial production, railway production, vehicle construction or AVOR

• Confident understanding and interpretation of workshop drawings

• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office

• Fluent German; English and French advantageous

• Structured, solution-oriented personality with enthusiasm for technology, optimisation and responsibility
